How To Make Tomato Baked Eggs
Delicious baked eggs with juicy tomatoes, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Place them in the baking dish.

Crack an egg into each tomato. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
