How To Make Baked Egg in Avocado Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half to make a larger hole for the egg.

  3. Crack an egg into each avocado half and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place the avocados on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg whites are set.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
