How To Make Baked Egg in Avocado Recipe

- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half to make a larger hole for the egg.

Crack an egg into each avocado half and season with salt and pepper.

Place the avocados on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg whites are set.
