  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.

  3. Coat the lamb loin chops with the marinade, making sure they are well coated on all sides.

  4. Place the lamb loin chops on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  5. Remove the lamb loin chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
