How To Make Sugar-Crusted Lamb

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the lamb chops on the prepared baking sheet and spread the sugar mixture evenly on top of each chop.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sugar crust is golden brown and the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
