  • 2 lbs sirloin of beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Rub the sirloin of beef with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme.

  3. Place the beef in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

  4. Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
