Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground mace
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, brown sugar, mace, and cloves.

  3. Place the ham in a large roasting pan and brush with the mustard all over.

  4. Pour the orange juice mixture over the ham, making sure to get it into all the nooks and crannies.

  5. Roast the ham for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the pan juices.

  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
