How To Make Mace and Cardamom Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 bags of black tea
  • 1 tsp ground mace
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Whipped cream and ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the milk until hot but not boiling.

  2. Add the tea bags, mace, cardamom, and cinnamon. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bags and strain the spices.

  4. Stir in honey until well combined.

  5. Divide the latte into four mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
