Ingredients
- 4 dried chili peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Remove stems and seeds from the dried chili peppers.

In a dry skillet, toast the chili peppers, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and caraway seeds over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the toasted spices to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.

Add the garlic, smoked paprika, and salt to the grinder or mortar and pestle and grind until a fine powder forms.

Store the Harissa Powder in an airtight container.
