  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp of harissa paste
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together harissa paste, honey, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

  3. Brush the mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite salad or side dishes.
