  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, marjoram, and salt.

  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Brush the marinade evenly onto each shrimp skewer.

  4. Place skewers over the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and lightly charred.

  5. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
