  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and marjoram.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
