Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Add shrimp to marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Skewer shrimp and lemon slices onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.

  5. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with additional lemon slices.
