How To Make Whole 30 Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
A healthy stir-fry packed with flavor and veggies, perfect for a Whole 30 compliant meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 zucchini, sliced thin
- 1 yellow squash, sliced thin
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add coconut oil.

Add sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and broccoli to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the beef back to the skillet along with the coconut aminos and grated ginger.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef is heated through.
