How To Make Quick Beef Stir Fry

A delicious and easy beef stir fry that can be made in under 30 minutes.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Add the beef, toss to coat, and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet over high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until slightly softened. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve hot over cooked rice.
