How To Make Veggie Indian Burger

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and onion slices for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated carrots, chopped spinach, onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste, breadcrumbs, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Toast the burger buns on a pan or grill until lightly browned.

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each burger bun. Top it with a potato patty. Add tomato slices and onion slices on top.

Cover with the top half of the burger bun.

Serve hot with ketchup or any desired sauce.
