How To Make Liam’s Veggie Burger Recipe
A delicious and healthy homemade veggie burger recipe, perfect for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike.

Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.

Add in the bread crumbs, onions, mushrooms, cilantro, egg, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 4 patties of equal size.

Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Coat the skillet with cooking spray.

Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
