How To Make Dan’s Veggie Burger Recipe
A healthy and delicious homemade veggie burger that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions

Mash the chickpeas in a bowl until they form a paste.

Add the onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini, breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the veggie burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
