Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
