Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
