  • 1 cup of vegan nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the vegan nut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until it forms a thick dough-like consistency.

  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the nut butter mixture into each mold, pressing it down firmly.

  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the nut butter mixture in each mold, ensuring it covers the nut butter completely.

  4. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate has hardened.

  5. Once the chocolate has set, remove the nut butter cups from the molds and enjoy!
