Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts (such as almonds, pecans, and cashews)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, brown sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Add the mixed nuts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the honey butter mixture.

Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the nuts are golden brown and crispy.
