How To Make Easy Vegan Nut Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, and cashews)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until finely chopped.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, olive oil, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan and press it down firmly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a serving dish.
