How To Make Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stuff each tomato with the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender and the filling is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
