  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onions.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, chili flakes, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions, and toss to coat.

  4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
