  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of dried sage
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a muffin tin in the oven to heat up.

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, flour, milk, sage, onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and lightly grease each muffin cup with vegetable oil.

  4. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

  6. Serve immediately as a delicious accompaniment to roast beef or any savory dish.
