Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.

  4. Gradually pour the milk and egg mixture into the flour mixture, whisking constantly until smooth.

  5. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese.

  6. Place a 12-cup muffin tin in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to heat the oil.

  7. Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and quickly divide the batter evenly among the cups, filling them about 2/3 full.

  8. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the Yorkshire puddings have risen and are golden brown.

  9. Remove from the oven and serve immediately or allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  10. To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and place the Yorkshire puddings on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until heated through.
