Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the blended strawberries, honey, chia seeds, and lemon juice until well combined.

  3. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Transfer the jam into a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  5. Serve the raw strawberry jam on toast, pancakes, or use it as a topping for yogurt or ice cream.
