How To Make Cheese, leek & potato tortilla

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 leeks, washed and sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the potatoes and leeks to the skillet and cook until they are tender and slightly golden, about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Remove the skillet from heat and pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and leeks. Mix well.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
