Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup crumbled Stilton cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and toasted walnuts.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.

  6. Divide the salad among 4 plates and sprinkle the crumbled Stilton cheese on top.

  7. Serve immediately.
