How To Make Warm Stilton Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup crumbled Stilton cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and toasted walnuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.

Divide the salad among 4 plates and sprinkle the crumbled Stilton cheese on top.
