- 4 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup of walnut halves
- 200g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups of mixed salad greens
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, walnut halves, stilton cheese, and mixed salad greens.
