Ingredients

  • 4 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup of walnut halves
  • 200g stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups of mixed salad greens
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, walnut halves, stilton cheese, and mixed salad greens.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
