- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
