How To Make Celeriac, Potato & Rosemary Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 celeriac, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Layer the celeriac and potato slices in the baking dish, alternating between the two.

Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the slices.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm but not boiling. Remove from heat.

Pour the warm cream over the celeriac and potatoes, making sure to cover them completely.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
