How To Make Sardine Pasta with Crunchy Parsley Crumbs

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 cans of sardines, drained
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the bread crumbs, parsley, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the crumbs are golden and crispy, stirring frequently.

Remove the skillet from heat and season with salt and pepper.

In the same skillet, add the drained sardines and break them into smaller pieces using a fork.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sardines. Mix well to combine.

Serve the sardine pasta with a generous sprinkle of the parsley crumbs on top. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
