Ingredients

  • 4 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 celeriac, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the carrots, apples, and celeriac. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender.

  2. Drain the water and return the cooked vegetables to the pot.

  3. Add the butter, salt, pepper, and milk to the pot. Using a potato masher, mash the vegetables until smooth and well combined.

  4. Serve the carrot, apple & celeriac mash as a side dish with your favorite main course.
