Ingredients
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 celeriac, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the carrots, apples, and celeriac. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender.

Drain the water and return the cooked vegetables to the pot.

Add the butter, salt, pepper, and milk to the pot. Using a potato masher, mash the vegetables until smooth and well combined.

Serve the carrot, apple & celeriac mash as a side dish with your favorite main course.
