  • 1 cup grated apple
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup breast milk or formula
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, grated apple, rolled oats, plain yogurt, and breast milk or formula.

  2. Stir in the chopped dates, ground flaxseed, and crushed nuts (if using).

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the texture is smooth.

  4. Divide the mixture into four serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften.

  5. Serve chilled and offer small spoonfuls to your baby, gradually increasing the portion size as they become accustomed to the flavors and textures.
