Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread a generous amount of marinara sauce on each naan bread.

  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

  5. Top with sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepperoni.

  6. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
