  • 4 store-bought or homemade naan breads
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Slice the naan breads into long, thin strips resembling soldiers.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, turmeric, chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.

  4. Spread the turmeric and chilli butter mixture evenly on one side of each naan soldier.

  5. Place the naan soldiers on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
