How To Make Mushroom & Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients
- 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, chickpeas, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Use a potato masher or fork to mash the mixture until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy.

Serve the mushroom & chickpea burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
