Ingredients

  • 4 small tart shells
  • 150g goat’s cheese
  • 4 tbsp chutney
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the tart shells on a baking tray.

  3. Crumble the goat’s cheese and divide it evenly among the tart shells.

  4. Spoon a tablespoon of chutney over the goat’s cheese in each tart shell.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for a few minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve warm.
