How To Make Melting Goat’s Cheese & Chutney Tarts

- 4 small tart shells
- 150g goat’s cheese
- 4 tbsp chutney
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Crumble the goat’s cheese and divide it evenly among the tart shells.

Spoon a tablespoon of chutney over the goat’s cheese in each tart shell.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve warm.
