  • 8 oz of goat’s cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or basil), chopped
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the goat’s cheese in a shallow dish.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the marinade over the goat’s cheese, making sure it is fully covered. If needed, add more olive oil to cover the cheese.

  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the marinated goat’s cheese with crusty bread or crackers.
