How To Make Goat’s Cheese, Herb & Lemon Patties

Ingredients
- 200g goat’s cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or chives), finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, crumble the goat’s cheese and add the chopped herbs and lemon zest. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Add the beaten eggs to the goat’s cheese mixture and stir until combined.

Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition, until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Using wet hands, shape the goat’s cheese mixture into patties and place them in the hot pan.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and let the patties rest on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

Serve the goat’s cheese patties warm or at room temperature as an appetizer or alongside a fresh salad.
