How To Make Lime Semifreddo Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Fresh lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk until well combined and slightly thickened.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the lime mixture and continue to beat until creamy and well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until combined.

Divide the graham cracker mixture equally among 4 serving glasses or ramekins. Press it down gently to form a crust layer.

Pour the lime cheesecake mixture over the crust in each glass or ramekin. Smooth the surface with a spatula.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

Before serving, garnish with fresh lime slices.
