- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving dishes.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in the serving dishes, creating a smooth layer.

Repeat with another layer of graham cracker crust and cream cheese mixture.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.
