How To Make Hot Paprika Potatoes with Garlic Mayo

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp hot paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, hot paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

In the meantime, prepare the garlic mayo by combining mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Serve the hot paprika potatoes with the garlic mayo dip, garnished with chopped parsley.
