Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp hot paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, hot paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

  5. In the meantime, prepare the garlic mayo by combining mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well.

  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.

  7. Serve the hot paprika potatoes with the garlic mayo dip, garnished with chopped parsley.
