How To Make Herby Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined with the mushroom mixture.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve the herby mushroom pasta warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
