Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 cups paneer, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.

  3. Thread vegetables and paneer onto skewers.

  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

  5. Brush the spice mixture onto the skewers.

  6. Grill or bake the skewers for 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the paneer is golden.

  7. Serve hot.
