How To Make Mixed Vegetable and Paneer Skewers Recipe
A colorful and flavorful appetizer made with mixed vegetables and paneer grilled on skewers.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)
- 2 cups paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.

Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.

Thread vegetables and paneer onto skewers.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
