How To Make Grilled Corn with Jerk Butter

- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the husks and silk from the corn.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, jerk seasoning, lime juice, and salt.

Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Spread the jerk butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.

Wrap the corn tightly in the aluminum foil, creating a packet.

Place the corn packets on the preheated grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

Remove the corn from the grill and carefully open the foil packets.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
