Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, jerk seasoning, lime juice, and salt.

  4. Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil.

  5. Spread the jerk butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.

  6. Wrap the corn tightly in the aluminum foil, creating a packet.

  7. Place the corn packets on the preheated grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

  8. Remove the corn from the grill and carefully open the foil packets.

  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
