How To Make Jamaican Jerk Chicken Legs Recipe
Spicy, aromatic and finger-licking good jerk chicken, grilled to perfection with smoky flavor.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken legs
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Rinse chicken legs and pat dry.

In a mixing bowl, combine green onions, garlic, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, paprika, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.

Season chicken legs with salt and black pepper then rub with the jerk spice mixture making sure to coat evenly.

Grill the chicken for 35-45 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
