How To Make Jerk Shrimp Kabobs

For The Jerk Seasoning:
- 2tspgarlic powder
- 2tsponion powder
- 2tspdried thyme
- 1tsppaprika
- 1tspallspiceground
- 2tspsugar
- 2tspsalt
- ¼tspnutmegground
- ¼tspred pepper flakes
- ¼tspcinnamonground
- ½tspblack pepper
- 2tspcayenne pepperadjust to spice preference
For The Shrimp Kabobs:
- 1lbshrimplarge, peeled and deveined, tails removed if desired
- 2cupspineapple chunks
- 1red bell peppercut into 1 inch pieces
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1tbspparsleychopped
Instructions
Jerk Seasoning:

Combine all the spices. Store in a jar or resealable bag for later use.

Heat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high.

Thread the shrimp, pineapple, and red pepper onto skewers.

Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle 2 to 3 teaspoons of jerk seasoning over both sides of the skewers.

Place on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Broiler Instructions:
