How To Make Golden-glazed Carrot, Mushroom & Hazelnut Tart

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup of hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, toss the carrots, mushrooms, and hazelnuts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the carrot, mushroom, and hazelnut mixture evenly over the puff pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the carrots are tender.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
