How To Make Gnocchi with Blue Cheese and Tenderstem® broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 bunch Tenderstem® broccoli
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a separate pot, steam the Tenderstem® broccoli for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter and garlic mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. Add the steamed Tenderstem® broccoli and crumbled blue cheese to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and melt the cheese.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve the gnocchi and Tenderstem® broccoli in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
