How To Make Gnocchi with Blue Cheese and Tenderstem® broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 bunch Tenderstem® broccoli
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pot, steam the Tenderstem® broccoli for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter and garlic mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the steamed Tenderstem® broccoli and crumbled blue cheese to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and melt the cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the gnocchi and Tenderstem® broccoli in bowls, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
